Every time I go there, the service advisors are very courteous to me. Kathy explains everything in detail so I can understand. They let me know the price before they do the work, which makes me feel comfortable.

pleasant place to wait. The refreshments
are nice, the lady's room is clean, and the magazines are not 1,000 years old. My car was almost done within the estimated time. This is our second car from Rensselaer Honda.
