Responsibilities:

As a Parts Counter Person you will be responsible for but not limited to providing vehicle parts and merchandise to customers while providing exceptional customer service.

Answer telephone and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Assist customers by answering questions, introducing to an estimator or other assistance as requested in a quick, friendly and professional manner
Maintain clean and professional appearance of counter, work area, and stockroom.
Receive, unpack, and store parts in appropriate storage areas so they are readily available when needed.
Process core returns, parts warranties and parts returns as necessary.
Look up and pull parts for technicians and provides quotes to techs for sale of parts.
Qualifications:

Previous parts advisor experience REQUIRED
AutoMate DMS experience a plus
Understand basic automotive components and systems
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license
